The Belazu black tapenade is made from olives that are hand-picked in Morocco for their quality, colour and shape. The olives are roughly chopped and mixed with sundried tomatoes and other sun-ripened Mediterranean ingredients for a delicious, intense flavour. Spread on bread, crostini or crackers and drizzle with Belazu balsamic vinegar Spoon into pasta and drizzle with oil and parmesan, for a speedy supper
