Use the De Buyer stainless-steel pastry roll core to get the hollow in cream horns, or mould perfect cannoli.

The stainless-steel pastry roll core is suitable for all conventional ovens. It is 10cm long and 2.5cm in diameter.

Dishwasher safe. Not suitable for microwave use.
