Ghana Best Shito Hot, 160g

Ghana Best hot shito gives your favourite meat and fish dishes a spicy kick. Shito (meaning pepper in Ga) hot sauce gets its pungent, smoky flavour from dried fish and shrimp powder. Use this versatile chilli oil as a marinade for chicken, lamb or tofu, or stir a little of the sauce through rice.
