Description
Alziari tarragon vinegar instantly lifts chicken and shellfish dishes with the herbal notes of tarragon, clove, cinnamon and black pepper. It is intensely fragrant, so a little goes a long way!
The white wine vinegar is refined in oak barrels, for a mellow and rounded flavour. Tarragon adds top notes of aniseed, while the other spices bring an exotic warmth.
Add a few drops of Alziari tarragon vinegar to a homemade Béarnaise sauce, for a flavourful accompaniment to a steak.
Nicolas Alziari began producing olive oil in Nice in 1868. In the 1980s, his descendants grew the Alziari business by offering other produce from Nice – like herbs, olives and homemade syrups. Today, the Nicolas Alziari company gives you the taste of Provence in your own kitchen with their range of local and family-made specialities.
