The curry paste is fragrant with lemongrass, galangal and earthy spices like cardamom and cumin. Combined with creamy coconut milk and your choice of beef, chicken or vegetables, it creates a mildly spiced curry the whole family will enjoy. 

Massaman curry has Indian and Malaysian influences which explains the presence of spices you might not typically associate with Thai cuisine. They give the curry a wonderful depth of flavour and a gentle, warming heat. It often includes cashew nuts and cooked potatoes that soak up the rich sauce. Serve it with steamed jasmine rice or flaky, buttery roti.
